Hotel Reservations

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your hotel reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 48 hours of the check-in time, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay will be charged.
  • No-Show: If you do not show up without prior notice, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Car Rentals

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your car rental reservation at no cost up to 24 hours before the pickup time.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the rental cost.
  • No-Show: If you fail to pick up the car without notifying us, the total rental amount will be charged.

Tours and Activities

  • Free Cancellation: Tours and activities can be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
  • No-Show: No-shows for tours or activities will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Host Listings

  • Free Cancellation: Hosts can cancel their listings at no cost up to 7 days before the scheduled start date.
  • Late Cancellation: Hosts who cancel within 7 days of the start date will incur a fee based on the number of bookings affected.

Customer Bookings

  • Booking Changes: If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy applicable to the service booked. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
